In collaboration with Siemens Healthineers, we are creating a hub for imaging innovation, with the 2018 arrival of the first MAGNETOM Terra MRI scanner cleared by the FDA for clinical use in the U.S. The Siemens 7 Tesla is one of the world’s most powerful MRI machines, bringing higher resolution images for forging new pathways to medical discoveries and treatments. The innovative automobile corporation, Lamborghini, is applying its expertise in carbon fiber composite materials to develop new prosthetic implants and subcutaneous devices. By joining forces with our experts in nanotechnology and applied bioengineering, they are discovering materials that are more moldable, lightweight, biocompatible in humans, and resistant to biological effects.
